The event also provides additional information on how to access international talent or take steps to internationalize your business. We offer support and practical tools for recruiting and onboarding international employees, learning language skills at the workplace, and adapting to Finnish work culture.
Companies
There are four ways for companies to participate in the event.
Pitch & Meeting
2-minute pitch / presentation of your company on stage, followed by a 60-minute speed meeting with talents.
Convenient and fast way to participate! Pitches at 9:30, 12 and 14.
Stand
Your own stand for the whole day near the stage aimed at students. Meet talents and network all day long! Stage pitching possible.
Visitor
Come and visit the event according to your own schedule. You can explore collaboration opportunities with education providers between 8 am and 2 pm at CoWork. You can meet experts and network throughout the day between 9 am and 4 pm at Campus Heart.

Do you need a pharmacist, a master of toxicology, or another pharmaceutical expert for your company—now or perhaps a bit later?
The University of Eastern Finland’s School of Pharmacy and the pharmacy student association Fortis ry are organizing a SpeedREKRYdating side event alongside the Sessions Talents event. The purpose of the event is to bring together your company and graduating students so that employers and future employees can meet and connect.
The day will be filled with tailored matchmaking meetings organized in a “speed dating” style, networking, useful new insights, and interesting discussions.
At the beginning of the event, you will hear concise and fresh “knowledge bites” about the School of Pharmacy’s latest research innovations, opportunities for company collaboration,
and continuing education options (UEF Centre for Continuous Learning).
