A new large-scale event connecting education providers and companies will take place in February 2026! Come and learn how your company can get involved – easily and effortlessly.
At the info, we will present the concept of the Sessions Talents event and explain how your company can start experimenting with collaboration with education providers. We will guide you through the first steps and introduce the various ways you can collaborate!
You will hear practical tips from University of Eastern Finland, Savonia University of Applied Sciences, and Savo Vocational College on how companies can collaborate with education providers. You will also receive concrete information about different opportunities and the contact persons if you are interested in collaboration.
The info also features inspiring case examples from Ropo and Envineer, showing how they have leveraged students’ skills in their business.

Sessions business event was held at Novapolis in April 2025. After its great success, the event is now expanding with Sessions Talents, a new dimension that connects talents and companies.
The future of work is being built right here – Sessions Talents 2026 is a new kind of recruitment and networking event that brings together both domestic and international students with companies in an impactful way.
At the event, you can explore different theme areas at a time that best suits your schedule.

Novapolis is the main organizer of the event, carried out in close cooperation with our key partners: Savonia University of Applied Sciences, University of Eastern Finland, Savo Vocational College, and Talent Hub Eastern Finland.
